Being born and raised in Sooke, Brian Banner, owner and director of Compass Electric, took immense pride in this project. Working closely with IWCD, Compass helped bring the architect's vision to life in this stunning 13,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art library, which boasts an iconic circular design.
The roof structure features exposed glulam beams, adding a touch of elegance, while the interior is adorned with West Coast motifs that enhance its aesthetic appeal. This new library is not only functional but also an eye-catching landmark in the community, reflecting a harmonious blend of modern design and regional inspiration.
